Are you a cautious buyer too?

We debated for a long time about purchasing first a long tail cargo bike vs a box bike. I loved the idea of a Bunch Bike, but my husband was more hesitant until we went for a test ride. My husband knows mechanics and was impressed by the frame and the quality that Bunch provides with their bikes. I was impressed by how comfortable I was riding when I hadn't seriously used a bicycle for over a decade (not to mention being 3 months post partum and just being cleared to workout after a C Section). I got involved with Bunch Squad after getting to know the company. My first Bunch was purchased secondhand, but I was never turned away when I asked Bunch for help. Their commitment to their customers matches the quality of their bikes. We've loved our Original so much that when we found out we were expecting our third, we decided to upgrade to a 4.0 Preschool. The new bike upgrades have been amazing! I love that I can balance between using just a little pedal assist consistently when I want a workout and a lot more pedal assist when I'm not up to exerting myself. Having that flexibility means we use the bike daily and I love that because I get more face time with my kids. I get to hear stories from school and sing along to their favorite songs. I get to actually see who "started it" between my older kids and make silly faces to keep my youngest happy in a car seat.
