I had been thinking about buying a cargo bike for quite a while. After returning from Copenhagen, where bicycles seemed to be everywhere, I finally decided it was time. I researched several companies, but Bunch Bike stood out because of its thoughtful design and attention to detail. I took a leap and ordered it without ever seeing or test-riding one. When it arrived, it was securely and carefully packed. From the very first ride, it felt smooth, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to handle. It truly rides like butter. I live in a retirement community, and rides with my two 50-pound dogs have become a daily ritual. They know that when I put on my helmet, it is their time too. They are so cute lining up and waiting to jump into the cargo area for our next adventure. I also own a golf cart, but they clearly prefer the Bunch Bike. The bonus is that I get a workout while we are out. I use the electric assist when needed, but I can also pedal the bike comfortably on my own. I had a few questions after purchasing it, and the company responded quickly and was very helpful. My only regret is that I did not buy it sooner. I plan to enjoy it for several years, and when my daughter becomes a mother, I hope to pass it along to her. It feels less like a simple purchase and more like something our family can enjoy for years to come.
